TURINTIR / PRIVATE PROFILE INTAKE
Your context stays under your control.
This notice describes the candidate-profile intake currently implemented on this website. It is deliberately limited to what the product can verify today.
What is submitted
Your CV, the professional context and preferences you confirm, essential contact details, optional compensation expectations, and separate records of profile and marketing consent.
How it is handled
The website validates the submission and delivers it through a private Cloudflare email service binding to a dedicated TURINTIR talent review inbox. The current public website does not create a candidate account, run automated CV extraction, or activate a database profile instantly.
Why it is used
Your consent allows TURINTIR to review and retain the submitted context for private role matching, recommend relevant roles and contact you about potentially suitable work. Your profile is not shared with an employer without a separate approval from you.
How long it is retained
Network submissions are retained until you withdraw consent, the information is no longer necessary for private role matching, or five years have passed from submission — whichever happens first. Each submission records the applicable consent wording, timestamp and maximum retention date.
Your choice and rights
Consent is not pre-selected. You may refuse it and not join the network, or withdraw it later without disadvantage and without affecting processing already carried out. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and may complain to the competent data protection authority.
Marketing is separate
Marketing consent is optional and is not required to submit a private profile.
Updates and deletion
The success screen can send a real withdrawal and deletion request for manual identity verification. It does not claim immediate deletion. The current website has no self-service account or permanent update link; an updated submission is correlated for manual review using its profile reference.
What is not available yet
The current service records the five-year maximum retention deadline but does not yet provide automated deletion or a candidate-facing data portal. Deletion and identity verification are handled manually. TURINTIR will publish complete legal-entity and controller contact details before presenting this intake as a mature self-service profile system.
